In 1972, Roque Artesanos began its adventure with the opening of a small bakery in Castalla. Over the years, the good reception from the town citizens has allowed the business to evolve and grow. So, little by little, we have ventured to open new shops to continue expanding our artisan philosophy. The trust our customers have placed in us has helped us to go further, but at the same time being closer to you.

The primary shop. The center of operations. The bakery where all the magic happens.
As its name suggests, it is the place where we make all our products. It was inaugurated in 1978, extended in 1991 and refurbished in 2005 to better accommodate the ever-changing needs of the business. And you can't even imagine the nightlife it has. From early in the morning, from Monday to Saturday, our artisans are at work kneading and baking to ensure that all the products are fresh - a whole feast of flavours happens every night here!
In addition, the spacious shop in this bakery will allow you to find bars full of our bread and sweet and salty products every day. Whether you like to get up early or shop at the last minute, the extensive opening hours allow you to come whenever you want to take home whatever you fancy.
Our second shop in Castalla. Located in the south-west area of the town, it was opened in 1993 in response to the good reception we were receiving from our customers. At that time, it was an expanding area of the town, so we thought it was a good place to continue evolving and exploring in this sector. It was refurbished in 2018, adapting it to our brand image.
Don't get fooled by its small size; the services offered in this shop are many. Making the most of the space available, we have carefully selected the products that we present to you on the bars so that you have the best variety to choose from. Everything you will find here comes directly from the workshop every morning, so if you live in the area, don't hesitate to pay us a visit.
Our private space in Ibi. Over the years, more and more people have approached Roque Artesanos and got to know us. Thanks to this, in 2016 we were presented with a great opportunity: the person in charge of a stall in the Central Market decided to trust us and sell our products. And in 2019 we were offered to buy this space, which became part of our four shops.
So, if you live in Ibi, don't hesitate to visit our special corner. Open every morning from Monday to Saturday, our shop will be waiting for you to bring you the best variety of our products, prepared daily in our workshop so that they arrive fresh to your table.
The farthest of our shops. Since our beginnings, we have been lucky enough to have customers from outside Castalla who have helped us to expand. This is the case of Banyeres de Mariola, a place where for many years we have had people who have trusted our products to put them on sale in their establishments.
In 2018 we were presented with the opportunity to open our own shop, and we did not hesitate to take advantage of it. If you want to discover all the products on offer, come and pay us a visit at the Central Market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays; we will be waiting for you from first thing in the morning to bring you our freshest flavours.
